These Terms and Conditions shall apply to Your use of Rawaaj websites and related content (“the Rawaaj site”).

By using the Rawaaj site You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If You do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should not use the Rawaaj site.

Therefore, We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as the result of any such dealings.

7.1 All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Rawaaj site shall remain at all times vested in Us or Our licensors. 8. Liability for and information provided on the Rawaaj site

We constantly try to keep the content and product details on site up-to-date, however occasionally there could be human error in updating the available information on the site –

If You have any claim arising from the actions or statements of another User, You agree to pursue such a claim only against that User and not from Us.

12. Payment

The payable amount is calculated and charged to Your card or PayPal account based on the item(s) added to the shopping cart, by You. The total amount You are about to pay is shown on the final screen before the payment is charged to Your card or PayPal account. All the transactions are securely processed via Paypal and we DO NOT store any of Your credit / debit card details.

It is Your responsibility to choose the correct number and type of item(s) from the option(s) available on our site, so that the correct amount can be charged. We will not be responsible for any extra charges due to incorrect information provided by You. We reserve the rights to reject a request on our discretion without any reason provided. In such occasion You will not be charged OR You will receive a refund in full if payment has already been processed.

We may change the price for the available products from time to time. By continuing to use our service after the price change takes effect, You accept the new price.

1. We will pass on changes in the rate of VAT. If the rate of VAT changes between Your order date and the date we supply the services, we will adjUst the rate of VAT that You pay, unless You have already paid for the services in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

2. What happens if we got the price wrong – It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we showcase on the site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting Your order so that, where the actual price of the item at Your order date is less than our stated price at Your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the item’s correct price at Your order date is higher than the price stated on our website, we will contact You for Your instructions before we accept Your order. If we accept and process Your order where a pricing error is obvioUs and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by You as a mis-pricing, we may cancel the order and refund You any sums You have paid.

3. When You must pay and how You must pay – We accept payment with Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, EuroCard, American Express, Discover and Maestro via PayPal. For most of our clients You must pay Us in full for all of the items selected in Your shopping cart.

4. What to do if You think an invoice is wrong – If You think an invoice is wrong please contact Us promptly to let Us know and we will make sure the discrepancy is resolved as soon as possible.

13. Dispatch & Delivery

We are committed to provide an effortless and swift service to You and to achieve that we offer completely free delivery to all of our customers within the United Kingdom. We endeavour to dispatch all orders immediately or within 24 hours to ensure quick and prompt delivery. However, occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances it may take upto 48 hours.

All of our deliveries are recorded and traceable. Consequently, the courier may require a counter signature upon delivery. On most of the orders the estimated delivery time is between 2 to 3 working days, however over 80% of the orders are delivered within the next working day.

We like to keep all of our customers informed about the progress of their orders. Primarily we send You an email confirming the dispatch of Your order. You can always check the status of Your order by logging into Your account.

14. Returns & Refunds

If You reside in a Local Country which is part of the European Union and have made a payment already, You have the right to change Your mind and receive a full refund by returning Your purchased item(s) within fourteen (14) days (the “Cooling-off Period”) after the day Your order is delivered.

However, You will not be able to exercise this right if an item has been washed or shrunk or has been Used in any other way. We are happy to accept returns of products which are unused and in “as new” condition.

If You are returning an item to Us, then we recommend that You Use a recorded delivery service for Your own protection. Please note that You will be responsible for ensuring that the item(s) get(s) returned safely and securely, unless You received the item in error.

All our products are verified and authorised with appropriate brand logo and stamps within the material to confirm authenticity of the products.

We will either refund You the sum You paid after applicable deductions (if any) via Your original payment method or send You a replacement item, as per Your preference, within 24 hours of receiving Your returned item. Please note, it may take approximately 3 to 4 woking days for any refund to be reflected on Your bank account.

If you are returning an item to Us, you can choose to use myhermes.co.uk courier service. Their service is reliable and parcels are always tracked. Please note we are not associated to this service in any manner. This recommendation is only to assist our customers with cheaper option than Royal Mail!
